Tim Bradford is a native West Virginian and graduate of both Marshall University and West Virginia University. Upon completion of law school at WVU, he returned to the Charleston area to practice. Early in his career, he was employed as a law clerk (attorney position) for Justice Thomas Miller at the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. Following his law clerkship, Mr. Bradford worked in the trial courts of West Virginia where he obtained substantial verdicts. He has also served as the chief attorney for the West Virginia agency in charge of coal mine safety. Mr. Bradford currently focuses on auto accidents, work-place injury, and family law.
